Week 6

What a great week!  A 3 pound loss, but I am willing to concede 1.5 pounds because I was wearing shorts rather than jeans at weigh in this week.  The thing that made this week great is that I managed a loss while having eaten birthday cake, pizza, KFC, and Cracker Barrel.  I did step up the exercize this week though, going to the gym after work and trying to increase the amount of time I can spend on the eliptical machine.  I really watched my points too, still staying within my weekly limits.  I am thrilled with a loss while eating yummie foods.  Not that a carrot or broccoli aren't yummie, but you know what I mean.
